I am hoping to go on a Disney Cruise next year. I have been figuring how much it will cost. I called disney cruise line and asked how much they recommend to tip everyone per day. Since I am considering a 7 night cruise they recommend $76.25 per person per night. For two people that is $1067.50. That is more then half what the cruise cost. Does anybody actually tip that much?
I am not trying to be cheap and I want to tip fairly, but that seems way too high.

We just got back from a Disney Cruise. The last night of the cruise they will go through the tipping process. It’s petty much standard.

We were on a 4 night cruise and the tipping was suggested at 43.75 per person. So the 4 nights for the 4 of us cost 175.00.

This is only suggested, you can pay more or less depending on your service.

The amount that you found I think is the total per person for the 7 nights. So the total I come up with is 152.50 for the total tip. Which is in line with what we paid per person per night which was about 10.90

Have fun…the 4 night cruise was a blast…can’t wait to try their 7 night.
